Hi-Genie S coatings are durable two component water based paints that contain a non toxic silver biocide that quickly kill 99.99% of harmful bacteria such as e-Coli and MSRA.

Hi-Genie S hygienic coatings are recommended for arduous heavy duty conditions and situations where frequent cleaning is necessary. Suggested applications are the walls of food factories, dairies, kitchens etc and the high wear areas of hospitals and nursing homes where it is advantageous to reduce the frequency of redecorating.

Hi-Genie S is based on an entirely new coating technology that combines the latest developments in acrylic emulsion technology with conventional polyurethane chemistry. The result is a range of products that have the durability and application qualities of conventional two component coatings combined with the environmental and health friendliness of water based coatings that are entirely free of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and other hazardous ingredients.

Hi-Genie S has excellent abrasion resistance. It is extremely tough and hardwearing and is resistant to staining by many materials including tomato sauce, curry sauce, cooking oil etc.  

Hi-Genie S is incredibly flexible even though it provides a hard surface. The coating is resistant to impact damage that causes the substrate to dent or deform.

Hi-Genie S is easy to clean, is scrub-able and steam cleanable. It is impervious to all popular cleaning products including bleach, acid and caustic cleaners, detergents, disinfectants etc.

Hi-Genie S has excellent adhesion to most substrates, even to difficult materials such as polished stainless steel.

Hi-Genie S coatings are available in clear varnish and in gloss, mid sheen and matt finishes in a range of attractive colours. Special colours can be made to order.
