Hi-Genie M hygienic coatings are single pack water based acrylic emulsion paints that contain a non toxic silver biocide that quickly kill 99.99% of harmful bacteria such as e-Coli and MSRA.

Hi-Genie M is a high quality, 100% acrylic emulsion coating that uses only water as its solvent. It can be applied by any method and is as easy to use as conventional emulsion paints.

Hi-Genie M is recommended for use in low wear situations where the durability of Hi-Genie S is not required. Suitable applications are ceilings and walls which only require occasional cleaning.
