EPOXY MORTAR

CONSEAL M is a three component epoxy resin floor screed that is intended for use on the floors of food factories, dairies, butchers shops and other premises that require durable seamless floors that are hygienic, waterproof, easy to clean and that are resistant to most chemicals.

CONSEAL M floors are extremely durable and can be successfully used in the toughest conditions. Fork lifts, pallet trucks and heavy equipment can be used without damage provided the CONSEAL M has been correctly laid on suitable substrates.

CONSEAL M can also be used to repair worn or broken steps, kerbs and damaged concrete. It can be an economical way of restoring old damaged floors to better than new condition with an attractive non-slip finish.

CONSEAL M consists of epoxy resin, hardener and specially coated aggregate. The components are thoroughly mixed together in a powered mixer to form a soft, resin rich mortar that is easy to spread and trowel to a smooth finish.

CONSEAL MV is similar to CONSEAL M but it contains additives that enable it to be applied to vertical surfaces without sagging.
